Signed-in support
Account owners and team members can also open the support center in the dashboard for setup guides and an account-linked support form.
Connected-app help
If a payment app disconnects, reconnect it from Settings → Connected apps. If reconnecting does not restore the connection, email support with the app name and the approximate time the problem occurred. Never send passwords, access tokens, or API secrets by email.
