Where we stand on review gating
A note on review gating, because it matters when you compare tools: by default ReviewNudger sends every customer the same neutral request with the same public Google review link — no sentiment checks and no star-rating questions deciding who gets asked. There is one optional, clearly disclosed per-location mode that asks how the visit went first, and even in that mode the public Google review link stays available to every customer, including unhappy ones. Selectively suppressing negative reviews violates FTC rules and Google's review policies, so whichever platform you choose, make sure its defaults keep you on the right side of both.

Does ReviewNudger replace agency white-label software?
No. ReviewNudger supports your business branding on customer requests, but it does not offer an agency resale dashboard. If your customers expect an agency-branded reporting portal, evaluate that requirement separately before changing tools.
Does ReviewNudger monitor every review site?
The synced inbox and reply tools focus on Google. You can add other public review links to the request page, but that does not import those sites' reviews into the inbox. If multi-site monitoring drives your daily work, compare that coverage carefully.
Will I need to move my existing Google reviews?
No. They remain on your Google Business Profile and can sync after you connect it. Before switching request tools, turn off the previous automation and check any pending follow-ups so the same customer does not receive two separate review campaigns.
