Agreement
By signing up for or using ReviewNudger, you agree to these terms. If you are using ReviewNudger on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.
What ReviewNudger does
ReviewNudger sends automated review requests via SMS and email after customer payments or manual triggers. It syncs Google reviews to your dashboard and uses AI to draft replies that you review, edit, and publish yourself. ReviewNudger does not auto-post reviews or replies on your behalf.
Your account
You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate business information, which is needed for SMS compliance, Google integration, and billing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Send messages to people who have not done business with you.
- Generate, post, or solicit fake reviews.
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Violate applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act.
- Interfere with the service or attempt to access other users’ data.
SMS and messaging
Messages are sent on your behalf, and you are responsible for having an appropriate business relationship with each recipient. Customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS. SMS activation may take multiple business days; email fallback is available in the meantime.
Google integration
You authorize the connection to your Google Business Profile during setup. We access Google data only as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect the integration at any time from your account settings.
AI-generated content
AI reply drafts are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing each draft and deciding whether to publish it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, tone, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
Billing and cancellation
ReviewNudger is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe and auto-renews each billing period. You can cancel at any time, and you will retain access through the end of your current billing period. We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice, applied at your next renewal.
Your data
You own your data. We do not sell it. Our use of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. If you cancel your account and request deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Service availability
We work to keep ReviewNudger available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. SMS delivery, email delivery, and Google API access depend on third-party providers.
Limitation of liability
ReviewNudger is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, unresolved payment failure, or conduct that poses a risk to other users or providers. We will attempt to notify you before taking action.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through an in-product notice. Continued use of ReviewNudger after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
