The policy is bound. Your reputation keeps growing.
You find the right coverage. ReviewNudger sends a neutral Google review request when a policy is bound or renewed, then handles the reminders so your staff do not have to.
They compared our options, explained the differences plainly, and had everything in place before our old policy ended.
Policy bound. Review request queued by your team. Alex gets a text: “Hi Alex! Thanks for choosing Oak Lane Insurance Agency. We're a small business, and a quick Google review would mean a lot. Leave one here: reviewnudger.com/r/9ktm” Then a new Google review from Alex, 5 out of 5 stars: “They compared our options, explained the differences plainly, and had everything in place before our old policy ended.”

01
Binding a policy already has enough steps
Signatures, payment, ID cards, and the welcome call all land on the same afternoon. Start the request when the policy is bound so the ask does not depend on someone remembering it after the file is closed.
02
Keep the request neutral and general
A thank-you from the agency and a review link are enough. Leave coverage, premiums, and claims out of the message, and let customers decide whether they want to describe the experience publicly.
03
Renewals should not mean repeat pestering
A household with auto, home, and umbrella policies renews several times a year. Set a repeat-customer cooldown so a renewal starts a request only after the window you choose, and pause requests when the agency needs a break.

Your agency management system. A consistent review routine.
Connect your Google Business Profile, then choose how the agency will start requests. Staff can start them manually after a policy is bound or renewed, or a configured Zap can pass that update from your agency management system or CRM, such as an EZLynx applicant reaching your bound status, an AgencyZoom policy sold, a HubSpot deal stage, a Salesforce field change, or a new row in a Google Sheet. Make that starting point explicit so a quote or a mid-term change does not become an unintended ask.
Ask after the policy is in place, not after the quote.
A quote or an application is not finished work. Have staff start the request when a policy is bound or a renewal is completed, or pass that update from your agency management system through Zapier. Keep coverage and claim details out of the message, and use a cooldown so a household with several policies is asked once.
No payment app? You can still ask today.
Connecting a payment app makes requests fully automatic, but nothing about ReviewNudger requires it — every account gets both of these from day one.

Type a name, hit send
Type a customer’s name and number and the request goes out right away, or at a time you pick. Your crew gets a private link and QR code so they can ask on the spot from their phones.
Upload a spreadsheet (CSV file) of past customers and send requests to all of them at once — the fastest first win, from people who already love your work.
Your own number sends after carrier approval. While verification is pending or recently rejected, accounts that meet the sending conditions may use a ReviewNudger number, subject to limits and availability. See pricing for full terms.
A toll-free texting number and carrier verification are included. A local number is an optional $100/year add-on, billed separately; it requires a paid plan and its own approval.
More than one location? Each location gets its own $29-a-month plan. Get in touch →
Does ReviewNudger connect to my agency management system?
There is no direct connection to agency management systems yet. If yours can send a bound-policy or renewal update to Zapier, or export it to a Google Sheet or CRM, that update can start the request. Otherwise staff can start requests from the dashboard or quick send link, and the saved follow-ups run the same way. We can help you check what your system supports.
Can we keep coverage and claims out of requests and replies?
Yes. Keep the request generic: a thank-you from the agency and a review link, with no policy, coverage, premium, or claim details. AI reply suggestions are drafts you review and edit before posting, so nothing about a customer’s policy or claim goes into a public reply. Your agency remains responsible for what it can say publicly.
Will reminders stop after someone responds?
Yes. Follow-ups stop when the customer clicks the Google review button, sends private feedback, or opts out. Clicking through is enough; we do not wait for proof that a review was posted. You can also stop follow-ups yourself. A separate repeat-customer cooldown controls when a later visit can start a new request.
What can I do during the 14-day free trial?
Connect Google, bring your reviews into one inbox, connect your job or invoicing app, and prepare your requests and follow-ups. Submit your business details for texting approval during the trial. Trial: up to 50 SMS attempts from your approved toll-free number or, when the sending conditions are met and one is available, a ReviewNudger number during carrier review. See pricing for sending limits. A card is required, but you pay $0 today. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid a charge.
How much does it cost? Are texts extra?
$29 per month per location includes text and email review requests, follow-ups, the Google review inbox, AI reply tools, and unlimited team members. There are no per-message fees or annual contract. Your toll-free texting number and its approval are included. A local area-code number is an optional $100/year add-on.
Can you guarantee reviews or a higher Google ranking?
No. Your customers decide whether to review you and what to write, and Google controls its search results. ReviewNudger makes asking and following up consistent. It does not buy reviews, promise a review count, or filter unhappy customers out of the default request.
