ReviewNudger™ helps businesses send review-request texts after a recent transaction or service. This page explains how customers opt in to receive those messages and how they can stop them at any time.
What messages customers receive
Customers receive a review request text message sent by a business that uses ReviewNudger. The message is tied to a recent transaction or service. If the business adds a text follow-up to its saved campaign, a customer who has not acted may receive that follow-up under the same consent and opt-out rules.
How customers opt in
Customers opt in by giving their phone number directly to the business during the normal payment or service flow and agreeing to receive the review request text.
The business may collect that phone number on an invoice, in a point-of-sale system, in a booking form, or in a similar checkout or service form. The business then uses ReviewNudger to send the review request tied to that transaction.
SMS consent must be voluntary and is not required as a condition of purchase. The consent disclosure should identify the business, expected message frequency, message and data rates, STOP opt-out instructions, HELP instructions, privacy policy, and terms.
Message frequency
Customers typically receive one text per transaction. A business can add text follow-ups to its review-request campaign, so exact frequency varies by campaign. ReviewNudger does not send unrelated recurring marketing campaigns to these customers.
Example message
Hi [Name], thanks for choosing [Business Name]! Would you mind sharing a quick review? [link] Reply STOP to opt out.
How to opt out
Customers can reply STOP to any message. After that, the business and ReviewNudger will not send further messages to that number through this review request flow.
How to get help
Customers can reply HELP for help, or contact support@reviewnudger.com.
Message and data rates
Standard message and data rates may apply based on the customer's mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile data sharing
Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers are used to send review request messages for the business that collected consent. They are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
