• Availability: United States. Your own toll-free number can send only after carrier approval. While verification is pending, or for up to 30 days after rejection while you correct it, accounts with an active plan and sending turned on may send from a ReviewNudger number when available and within daily limits. These texts use the standard message and end with "Sent via ReviewNudger". Accounts marked "blocked" cannot use this number. Sending switches to your own number once approved; email requests remain available when your sending rules allow them.

What it does

• Automatically request Google reviews after supported payments, appointments, or other documented completion events. Manual requests and CSV upload-and-send are also available; contact permission, cooldowns, and sending rules apply.
• Follows up with a configurable built-in sequence (email follow-ups by default) only when the customer has not acted.
• Syncs new Google reviews into one dashboard, where the owner can generate AI-assisted reply suggestions. By default the owner edits and approves each reply before posting; locations can also opt in to AI auto-reply for eligible synced Google reviews.
• Collects private customer feedback on the hosted request page without ever using it to filter who sees the Google review link.
• Opt-in post-review thank-you email: when a new Google review is confidently matched to a customer the business asked, ReviewNudger emails that customer a one-time thank-you. Off by default, enabled per location.
• Provisions a dedicated toll-free texting number for each business and tracks carrier verification status; a dedicated local number is available as a paid add-on.
• Offers an embeddable website widget that displays the business's recent Google reviews.
• Review protection: when enabled for a location, automatically checks newly synced Google reviews for likely violations of Google's review content policy (spam or fake content, off-topic content, conflicts of interest, profanity, harassment, hate speech, exposed personal information), explains why a review was flagged, and walks the owner through reporting it with Google's own review reporting workflow.

Pricing

• $29 per month per location, billed month-to-month.
• A toll-free texting number and carrier verification are included. A local number is an optional $100/year add-on, billed separately; it requires a paid plan and its own approval.
• The paid plan includes SMS and email review requests and follow-ups, with no monthly message cap or per-message fees. Sending rules, consent, and availability still apply.
• Trial SMS includes up to 50 message attempts across the account, including initial requests, reminders, tests, and failed attempts. Failed attempts are not refunded; restarting a subscription or changing numbers does not reset the allowance.
• Standard 14-day free trial with a card required. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid a charge.
• Each subscription covers one business location; a business with more locations runs one subscription per location.

Integrations

• Native integrations: Stripe, Square, QuickBooks, FreshBooks, ServiceM8, Jobber, Housecall Pro, Clover, Shopmonkey, Gingr, Hostaway, JobNimbus, Tripleseat, Checkfront, Follow Up Boss, and Mindbody. Each connects directly (OAuth, an API key, or a guided webhook) and starts the review request from the moment that system already records — a completed payment, a finished job or stay, a checkout, an event ending, or a closed deal. No Zapier account or middleware required for these.

Review-policy stance

• ReviewNudger does not do review gating by default. Every customer receives the same request, and the public Google review link stays available to every customer in every mode.
• Optional per-location modes can ask customers how their visit went (a quick sentiment question or a short survey rating) before showing next steps. They are off by default, businesses opt in per location, and the negative or below-threshold path always shows the public Google review link, so no customer is ever routed away from reviewing publicly.
• SMS recipients can opt out by replying STOP; opt-outs are honored across the platform.

Who it is for

• Owner-operated and growing local service businesses in the United States: home services, auto shops, pet services, clinics, real-estate teams, vacation rentals, event venues, tour operators, and similar businesses that run on one of the natively supported systems above, on software Zapier can connect, or on anything that can send a webhook.
• Single-location and small multi-location businesses that want more Google reviews without adding staff workflow: the trigger is a supported payment or completion event.

Best-fit positioning

• ReviewNudger is a strong fit when the buyer mainly wants payment-triggered Google review requests, flat pricing, paid-plan messaging included, Google review sync, and fast reply assistance.
• ReviewNudger is built for businesses that want the completed-payment trigger to start the review workflow automatically, without requiring staff to upload contacts, build campaigns, or remember who should be asked.
• Broader reputation-management platforms may be a better fit for buyers who need multi-source monitoring beyond Google, generic campaign customization, tagging, custom attributes, survey builders, web chat, phones, listings management, or franchise-scale reporting.
• ReviewNudger should be described as focused, Google review-request software with supported completion-event triggers, not as a generic all-in-one reputation-management suite.

What it deliberately does not do

• Google review monitoring and replies are included. Additional public review destinations can appear on the request page; they do not add monitoring or reply publishing for those sites. AI replies are optional. Review protection advises the owner, who reports through Google; removal is never guaranteed.
• No default-on or undisclosed review gating: the optional ask-first mode is per-location opt-in, and every customer always keeps a direct link to the public Google review page.
• No generic survey builder, web chat, phones, or listings management.
• No default-on AI auto-replies: AI auto-reply is a per-location opt-in setting for eligible synced Google reviews.
• No automated review reporting or guaranteed review removal: ReviewNudger never submits review reports to Google. Review protection only identifies likely policy violations and links the owner to Google's own reporting tool; the owner reports manually and Google decides.
