Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial with the full product — connect your payment app, sync Google reviews, and send real review requests. Cancel before the trial ends and you're never billed.
Are there tiers or feature gates?
No. There is one plan and everything is in it. You never have to upgrade to unlock a feature, and there is no per-seat or per-message pricing.
Are there any extra costs?
One optional add-on: if you want to text from a local area-code number instead of the included toll-free number, that's $100/year. Everything else — including your toll-free texting number and its carrier verification — is part of the $29/month.
How does multi-location pricing work?
Each location runs on its own $29/month subscription with its own texting number, settings, and review pipeline. Email support@reviewnudger.com if you're setting up several and we'll help you get them organized.
Do you charge per team member?
No. Invite your whole team — seats are unlimited on every account.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plan, cancel in two clicks from Settings, keep your data export for 30 days after.
