How it works

2. 2Send it to a business owner you knowTell them plainly that you may receive a $50 billing credit if they become a paying customer. That one sentence is required, and it is the honest thing to say.
3. 3They get a longer trialWhen they sign up through your link, their first subscription starts with a 30-day free trial instead of the usual 14, then the same $29 per month everyone pays.
4. 4You get the creditAfter their second successful monthly payment and a seven-day hold, we review the referral and apply a $50 credit to your billing account. It comes off your future invoices automatically.

The rules

The program rewards honest introductions and nothing else. The short version:

• Both businesses must be billed directly by card through the website. Accounts that pay through the Clover App Market are not part of this program.
• The referral must be a business you actually know, and you must disclose the credit when you share the link. No spam, no bulk unsolicited outreach, no misleading claims, and no paid ads using our name.
• No self-referrals, and no referrals between businesses under common ownership or control. We check this before any credit is applied.
• Referral links use last-touch attribution for 60 days. A business already introduced under a separate written partner arrangement stays with that arrangement.
• A refund, dispute, chargeback, account deletion, or rule violation before the credit is applied makes the referral ineligible. A credit that has already been applied is final.
• The credit is $50 in ReviewNudger billing credit. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and is not affected by review counts, ratings, or review content in any way.

Frequently asked questions

Who can refer?

Any ReviewNudger account owner whose subscription is billed directly through the website. The referral link is in Settings from the day you sign up, trial included, though a credit is only applied while your own subscription is billed the same way.

Does the business I refer pay more to cover the credit?

No. They pay the same $29 per month per location as every customer, and their trial is longer than the standard one, not shorter. The credit comes out of our side.

How do I know where a referral stands?

The Referrals section in Settings shows each referral’s progress: signed up, first payment made, hold ending on a date, credit ready for review, credit applied. Referred businesses are shown by progress only, never by their billing details.

Is there a limit on referrals?

No fixed limit. Each qualifying referral earns its own $50 credit, and credits stack on your billing balance until they are used up by future invoices.

Can I use my link in an ad or on a coupon site?

No. The program is for introductions between business owners who know each other. Paid ads using the ReviewNudger name, coupon or deal sites, and bulk unsolicited outreach are outside the rules and void the referral.
