Why do reviews matter so much for a gym?

Someone choosing a gym can’t try the coaching before they walk in. So they read what current members said about the classes, the equipment, and whether the place is clean. Your reviews are doing the selling before anyone books a trial class.

When two or three gyms nearby charge about the same, reviews usually break the tie. People look for signs the coaches know your name, the classes are well run, and the 6 AM slot isn’t a crush.
