Get more Google reviews for your catering business, automatically.
When a booked event ends in Tripleseat, a final payment lands in Square, or a project wraps in any of 9,000+ apps through Zapier, ReviewNudger texts or emails the client a link to leave you a Google review. It sends the reminders too, so your coordinator never has to ask.

Everything your catering business needs to earn more 5-star reviews
From asking after every event to replying when the reviews come in, ReviewNudger handles the follow-up so your crew can stay on the next load-in.
Example only: fictional Willow Lane Catering, not a customer.
Everything above is included in the one $29-a-month plan.
More reviews. More tastings. More booked events.
Clients pick the caterer with the most recent, best reviews. ReviewNudger makes sure that’s you.
01Show up first on Google
Google favors businesses with lots of fresh reviews. Ask after every event and you climb past caterers who only ask the happiest brides.
02Win more of the tastings
When a couple or an office shortlists three caterers, the one whose recent reviews praise the food and the crew gets the tasting, and usually the contract.
03Book bigger events
Someone signing for a 200-guest wedding or a company gala reads reviews closely. Dozens of clients saying the food was hot and the crew was invisible make the deposit easy.
An example scorecard: review grade A, #2 of 9 nearby. Your scorecard reads your real listing.

Why do reviews matter so much for a caterer?
A client booking a caterer is trusting you with the one part of the event everyone will remember. They can’t taste the food before they sign, so they read what your past clients said about whether it arrived on time, whether it was hot, and whether the crew took care of the room. Your reviews are doing the selling before the tasting.
When two or three caterers quote a similar price per head, reviews usually break the tie. People look for recent reviews that mention a specific dish, a crew that handled a late change, and a hall left clean.
Reviews also affect where you land on Google. A caterer that keeps getting new reviews looks busy and trusted, which helps you show up when someone searches for a caterer near them.
How does ReviewNudger get my catering business more reviews?
Plenty of happy clients would leave a review. The ask gets lost between the strike, the van, and the next event, so nobody sends it. ReviewNudger does the asking.
The event, not the deposit, is the trigger. When a booked event ends in Tripleseat, the client gets a text or email with a link straight to your Google review page, at the time you choose, usually the next morning. A final payment in Square can start one too, and HoneyBook, Planning Pod, and any of 9,000+ apps through Zapier can start one when the project wraps. Your coordinator can also send one from the dashboard or the quick send link. If they don’t respond, a reminder goes out, and it stops the moment they leave a review.
The request is a thank-you from your team and a link. Most clients book one event a season, so the repeat-client cooldown rarely matters, but it keeps a weekly office lunch account from being asked every Friday.
Will ReviewNudger save my team time?
Yes. After a one-time setup of about 10 minutes, there’s nothing to send, track, or remember. Your coordinator keeps the next event moving, and nobody has to write a follow-up email the morning after a 2 AM strike.
New reviews show up in one inbox with a suggested reply ready to post, so staying on top of them takes minutes a week instead of hours.
