Connect BigCommerce to ReviewNudger with Zapier
ReviewNudger sends one neutral Google review request by SMS or email at the moment that matters. With Zapier, BigCommerce can be that trigger: when a new order is placed in BigCommerce, a Zap tells ReviewNudger to send the request.
How the Zap works
- Trigger: a new order is placed in BigCommerce. BigCommerce offers a New Order trigger on Zapier. Add a Zapier filter on the order status — for example Completed — so only fulfilled orders start the Zap.
- Action: ReviewNudger's Create Review Request action receives the customer's name and phone or email from the trigger and sends the review request, respecting your send delay, cooldowns, and opt-outs.
- From there, ReviewNudger handles the rest: delivery tracking, follow-up, and syncing the resulting Google reviews into your dashboard with AI-assisted reply drafts.
