Connect Close to ReviewNudger with Zapier

ReviewNudger sends one neutral Google review request by SMS or email at the moment that matters. With Zapier, Close can be that trigger: when an opportunity enters the status you choose in Close, a Zap tells ReviewNudger to send the request.

How the Zap works

1. Trigger: an opportunity enters the status you choose in Close. Close offers a Zapier trigger that fires when an opportunity enters a new status, and it can filter on the specific status type. Point it at won opportunities and only those start the Zap.
2. Action: ReviewNudger's Create Review Request action receives the customer's name and phone or email from the trigger and sends the review request, respecting your send delay, cooldowns, and opt-outs.
3. From there, ReviewNudger handles the rest: delivery tracking, follow-up, and syncing the resulting Google reviews into your dashboard with AI-assisted reply drafts.

Get set up

1. Start a free ReviewNudger trial and finish the short signup.
2. Our Zapier integration is in private beta — create an account and we'll get you connected. Email support@reviewnudger.com or mention Close during onboarding and we'll set up the Zap with you.
3. Run one real Close trigger to confirm the flow, then let it run on its own.
