Connect GoCanvas to ReviewNudger with Zapier
ReviewNudger sends one neutral Google review request by SMS or email at the moment that matters. With Zapier, GoCanvas can be that trigger: when a completed form is submitted in GoCanvas, a Zap tells ReviewNudger to send the request.
How the Zap works
- Trigger: a completed form is submitted in GoCanvas. GoCanvas offers a New Submission trigger on Zapier that fires when a completed form or work order is uploaded from the field — the natural job-done moment.
- Action: ReviewNudger's Create Review Request action receives the customer's name and phone or email from the trigger and sends the review request, respecting your send delay, cooldowns, and opt-outs.
- From there, ReviewNudger handles the rest: delivery tracking, follow-up, and syncing the resulting Google reviews into your dashboard with AI-assisted reply drafts.
