Connect monday.com to ReviewNudger with Zapier

ReviewNudger sends one neutral Google review request by SMS or email at the moment that matters. With Zapier, monday.com can be that trigger: when a status column changes on the board you choose in monday.com, a Zap tells ReviewNudger to send the request.

How the Zap works

1. Trigger: a status column changes on the board you choose in monday.com. monday.com offers a Zapier trigger that fires when a specific column's value changes on a board. Point it at your status column and filter for Done so only finished items start the Zap.
2. Action: ReviewNudger's Create Review Request action receives the customer's name and phone or email from the trigger and sends the review request, respecting your send delay, cooldowns, and opt-outs.
3. From there, ReviewNudger handles the rest: delivery tracking, follow-up, and syncing the resulting Google reviews into your dashboard with AI-assisted reply drafts.
