Connect Setmore to ReviewNudger with Zapier

ReviewNudger sends one neutral Google review request by SMS or email at the moment that matters. With Zapier, Setmore can be that trigger: when a new appointment is booked in Setmore, a Zap tells ReviewNudger to send the request.

How the Zap works

  1. Trigger: a new appointment is booked in Setmore. Setmore offers a New Appointment trigger on Zapier. Add a Zapier delay step if you want the review request to land after the visit instead of at booking time.
  2. Action: ReviewNudger's Create Review Request action receives the customer's name and phone or email from the trigger and sends the review request, respecting your send delay, cooldowns, and opt-outs.
  3. From there, ReviewNudger handles the rest: delivery tracking, follow-up, and syncing the resulting Google reviews into your dashboard with AI-assisted reply drafts.
