How the Zap works
Start with the source trigger and ReviewNudger action. Booking-created workflows add a Delay Until step so the request cannot run before the appointment ends.
The trigger
A repair order is updated in Shop-Ware. Shop-Ware offers a Repair Order Updated trigger on Zapier that fires on every change to a repair order. Add a Zapier filter on the status — closed or invoiced — so only finished repair orders start the Zap, and use Shop-Ware's Find a Customer step if the repair order does not carry the customer's email or phone.
The action
ReviewNudger's Create Review Request action receives the customer's name and phone or email from the trigger. Your send delay, cooldown, channel readiness, and opt-outs decide whether and when the request sends.
