Connect SimplyBook.me to ReviewNudger with Zapier

ReviewNudger sends one neutral Google review request by SMS or email at the moment that matters. With Zapier, SimplyBook.me can be that trigger: when a new booking is created in SimplyBook.me, a Zap tells ReviewNudger to send the request.

How the Zap works

  1. Trigger: a new booking is created in SimplyBook.me. SimplyBook.me offers New Booking and New Invoice triggers on Zapier. There is no appointment-completed trigger, so add a Zapier delay step to land the request after the visit.
  2. Action: ReviewNudger's Create Review Request action receives the customer's name and phone or email from the trigger and sends the review request, respecting your send delay, cooldowns, and opt-outs.
  3. From there, ReviewNudger handles the rest: delivery tracking, follow-up, and syncing the resulting Google reviews into your dashboard with AI-assisted reply drafts.
