Google review software for bars and nightclubs

Get more Google reviews for your bar, automatically.

When a tab is closed in Square, Clover, or any of 9,000+ apps through Zapier, a ticket is scanned at the door, or a private event ends, ReviewNudger texts or emails the guest a link to leave you a Google review, the next morning, not at closing time. It sends the reminders too, so your bartenders never have to ask.

Everything your bar needs to earn more 5-star reviews

From asking after the tab to replying when the reviews come in, ReviewNudger handles the follow-up so your team can stay behind the bar.

01Automatic requests

The tab is closed. The review request is already handled.

Connect Square or Clover once. When a closed tab has the guest’s phone or email attached, a review request goes out at the time you choose. Ticketed nights through Eventbrite or SimpleTix and private events through Tripleseat are the surest triggers, because the booking already knows who came.

Why do reviews matter so much for a bar or nightclub?

A group deciding where to go tonight pulls up the map and reads a few recent reviews. They want to know whether the drinks are good, whether the bartenders pay attention, and whether the door is a hassle. Your reviews are doing the selling before anyone gets in a car.

When three bars on the same block pour a similar cocktail at a similar price, reviews usually break the tie. People look for recent reviews that mention a bartender who listened or a table that opened up on a busy night.

Reviews also affect where you land on Google. A bar that keeps getting new reviews looks busy and trusted, which helps you show up when someone searches for a bar near them at 9 PM.

How does ReviewNudger get my bar more reviews?

Plenty of happy guests would leave a review. Nobody asks them at the right moment, and the ones who find your review page on their own are usually the ones with a complaint. ReviewNudger does the asking.

When a tab is closed in Square, Clover, or any of 9,000+ apps through Zapier with the guest’s phone or email on it, the guest gets a text or email with a link straight to your Google review page. An open tab on a card rarely carries contact details, so ticketed nights through Eventbrite or SimpleTix and private events through Tripleseat are the surest triggers. For everyone else, the review page QR code on the check presenter and the quick send link at the host stand do the asking.

Tabs close late, and a request at 1 AM is wrong. Quiet hours from 8 PM to 8 AM are on by default, so a request from a Saturday night goes out Sunday morning. You choose the wording and the delay. If they don’t respond, a reminder goes out, and it stops the moment they leave a review. A repeat-guest cooldown of up to 90 days keeps your regulars from being asked every week.

Will ReviewNudger save my team time?

Yes. After a one-time setup of about 10 minutes, there’s nothing to send, track, or remember. Your bartenders keep pouring, your door keeps moving, and nobody has to work a review pitch into last call.

New reviews show up in one inbox with a suggested reply ready to post, so the manager can stay on top of them in minutes a week instead of hours.
