Get more Google reviews for your dealership, automatically.
When your team taps send after the vehicle is delivered, or a deal closes in Salesforce, HubSpot, or any of 9,000+ apps through Zapier, ReviewNudger texts or emails the buyer a link to leave you a Google review. It sends the reminders too, so nobody at the desk has to ask.

Everything your dealership needs to earn more 5-star reviews
From asking after every delivery to replying when the reviews come in, ReviewNudger handles the follow-up so your sales team can stay on the floor.
Example only: fictional Summit Auto Sales, not a customer.
Everything above is included in the one $29-a-month plan.
More reviews. More showroom visits. More cars delivered.
Buyers pick the dealership with the most recent, best reviews. ReviewNudger makes sure that’s you.
01Show up first on Google
Google favors businesses with lots of fresh reviews. Ask after every delivery and you climb past dealerships that don’t.
02Win more of the visits
When a shopper compares three lots with the same model in stock, the one with the most recent five-star reviews gets the test drive.
03Keep them in the service lane
Sales get the attention, but service customers come back year after year. Reviews that mention the service lane bring buyers back for the next oil change and the next car.
An example scorecard: review grade A, #2 of 9 nearby. Your scorecard reads your real listing.

Why do reviews matter so much for a car dealership?
A buyer about to spend more than they spend on almost anything else can’t tell a straight dealership from a pushy one by looking at the lot. So they read what your past buyers said about the salesperson, the paperwork, and the pressure. Your reviews are doing the selling before they ever pull in.
When two or three lots have the same model at about the same price, reviews usually break the tie. People look for signs the salesperson listened, the numbers were explained plainly, and nobody rushed them in finance.
Reviews also affect where you land on Google. A dealership that keeps getting new reviews looks active and trustworthy, which helps you show up when someone nearby searches for used cars or a service department.
How does ReviewNudger get my dealership more reviews?
Plenty of happy buyers would leave a review. Delivery day is already paperwork, financing, the walkaround, and pairing a phone, so the ask is the first thing dropped, and asking at the desk puts the buyer on the spot. ReviewNudger does the asking.
After the vehicle is delivered, your sales desk sends the request from the dashboard or the quick send link, or a deal moving to delivered in Salesforce, HubSpot, or any of 9,000+ apps through Zapier starts it. The buyer gets a text or email with a link straight to your Google review page. You choose the wording and the delay, up to a day, so they have some time with the car. If they don’t respond, a reminder goes out, and it stops the moment they leave a review.
A test drive or a credit application is not a sale, so nothing goes out until your team says the car was delivered. The service lane can ask too: a paid repair order in Square or QuickBooks can start a request, and a repeat-customer cooldown of up to 90 days keeps someone who bought a car last month from being asked again after their first oil change.
Will ReviewNudger save my team time?
Yes. After a one-time setup of about 10 minutes, there’s nothing to track or remember. Your salespeople stay on the floor, your service advisors stay in the lane, and nobody has to work a review pitch into delivery day.
New reviews show up in one inbox with a suggested reply ready to post, so staying on top of them takes minutes a week instead of hours.
