Connect Help Scout to ReviewNudger with Zapier
ReviewNudger sends one neutral Google review request by SMS or email at the moment that matters. With Zapier, Help Scout can be that trigger: when a tag is added to a conversation in Help Scout, a Zap tells ReviewNudger to send the request.
How the Zap works
- Trigger: a tag is added to a conversation in Help Scout. Help Scout offers a Tags Updated trigger on Zapier. Tag conversations something like review-ready when you finish them and only those start the Zap — Help Scout has no closed-conversation trigger.
- Action: ReviewNudger's Create Review Request action receives the customer's name and phone or email from the trigger and sends the review request, respecting your send delay, cooldowns, and opt-outs.
- From there, ReviewNudger handles the rest: delivery tracking, follow-up, and syncing the resulting Google reviews into your dashboard with AI-assisted reply drafts.
