How the Zap works
Start with the source trigger and ReviewNudger action. Booking-created workflows add a Delay Until step so the request cannot run before the appointment ends.
The trigger
Attendance is taken for a lesson in My Music Staff. My Music Staff offers an Attendance Taken trigger on Zapier that fires when a teacher records attendance for a calendar event. It also fires on edits and on no-shows, so add a Zapier filter that only passes attended lessons — and consider limiting it to a student's first month so weekly lessons do not generate repeat requests.
The action
ReviewNudger's Create Appointment Review Request action receives the customer's name and phone or email from the trigger. Your send delay, cooldown, channel readiness, and opt-outs decide whether and when the request sends.
