Why do reviews matter so much for a self-storage facility?

Someone looking for storage is usually in the middle of a move, a renovation, or a hard week, and they want to decide fast. They pull up the map, compare the facilities within a few miles, and read what tenants said about the gate, the lighting, and whether the manager was straight with them. Your reviews are doing the selling before the first call.
